Who we are

We are a small tourist accommodation agency that operates only in Alcossebre. We select and take care of private apartments to rent them out under the best conditions. We started this activity in 2000.

We do not work with wholesalers, we provide service to owners and holidaymakers at very low costs. Our website is not an advertisement portal. We only advertise the apartments associated with our network.

We are intentionally small in size to personally control the service and guarantee quality.

We take care of everything related to the management of the rental with the owner and sometimes on their behalf: advertising, reservation management, contracts, delivery and collection of keys, cleaning, maintenance, etc.

We are registered in the register of tourist apartment companies of the Conselleria de Turismo de la Generalitat Valenciana with the number EEAT-200-CS.

We also take care of the general condition of the apartments, making improvements to the equipment, furniture or decoration when necessary.

In the sale and purchase process, we take care of carrying out the visits and ensuring that both parties have all the information they need during the process.

We combine these accommodation activities with other activities related to nautical activities.

Residential accommodation, tourism and the environment in Alcossebre

The excessive construction of residential accommodation on the coast is depleting the unspoilt coast, diminishing the natural, scenic and environmental values ​​of the coast.

Fortunately, in Alcossebre we enjoy less urban development in relation to our surroundings. Despite this, measures must be taken to protect the environment and the landscape.

For years we have been defending the option of promoting the rental of quality holiday accommodation at competitive prices as a way of reducing buying pressure. Recently the crisis has stopped this trend, but it is assumed that tensions will return.

This is our small contribution. At Marejada, we seek tourism that is respectful of the environment. We like to work on a 'small scale'. To do this we select a small number of accommodations to which we can give appropriate treatment. We seek a direct personal relationship with holidaymakers and owners.
