Terms and Conditions of

Using the services of this website implies agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read carefully the conditions under which you book. It is essential to accept them in order to reserve and access to housing.

Minimum stay

The minimum stay may vary depending on the accommodation and/or season ( check each). In general, the minimum stay in summer is a week or 15 days depending on apartment with predetermined dates


The prices are in euros and are indicated per week. reserves the right to change, at the same time updating the website. These changes will not affect bookings initiated. Low season prices are not applicable on public holidays, in these cases, please consult with Marejada.

Prices are final. Include all normal consumption of water and electricity, taxes etc. 

Payment and reservation

At the time of confirming a reservation it is mandatory make an initial payment. The remaining must be paid 7 days before arrival or at the time of handover. The bank charges for transfers, if any, shall be borne by the lessee.

Once made the initial payment, the booking is confirmed, and will be notified by e-mail or letter within 48 h. business since the payment becomes effective.


In case of cancellation of the booking, the initial payment will be returned, except a compensation that will be:

  • 10% if the cancellation is made ​​more than 30 days on entry
  • 50 % if the cancellation is made between 30 and 7 days upon entry
  • 100% if the cancellation is made less than 7 days upon entry

We recommend cancellation insurance to prevent this risk.


Arrivals and departures

The rental is performed for a predetermined dates, being necessary to comply strictly with scheduled dates and times.

The delivery and return of keys take place at the place by default in our site in Puerto D. Las Fuentes in Alcossebre). Delivery will be between 17 h. and 19 h. the first day os stay. Departure will be before 10 h. the last day of stay. The schedules of delivery and departure could be flexible in the case that no interference with other bookings on the same day.

At keys delivery, the agreement is signed by owner and tenant. A deposit of 150 € in cash is made as warranty during the stay. At departure the deposit is cleared in the case of no loss, breakage or damage to the goods or the apartment itself.

The tenqnt shall verify in the first 24 hours the correct state of apartment, furniture and equipment. Any observed anomaly is to be communicated (preferably in writing). If after waiting 24 hours of entry reported no deficiency shall be understood that there are none.

Initial and final cleaning up are included, nevertheless when leaving, the tenant must leave the property in acceptable condition housekeeping. Appliances and utensils must be left in place in the same way that at arrival to facilitate verification. reserves the right to review the property out to check the status of it. In the event that the home is not in acceptable condition may be charged an additional cleaning (50 € ).

Cancellations and modifications

If due to unforeseen circumstances not attributable to the apartment could not be held on schedule, the customer will be contacted immediately and offered as alternative solution other accommodation with equal or better characteristics. In the event that the customer does not accept the solution the reservation will be cancelled  and credit shall be refunded. Subsequent claims can not be accepted in this case.

Claims, complaints and breakdowns

Any claims or complaints must be forwarded immediately to to solve the problem as soon as possible.

In case of failure we will proceed to the replacement or repair of faulty equipment or installation.   • Noise in the environment
  • Cuts in electricity or water supplies

The client agrees to respect the rules of the community and especially the hours of rest. It is not allowed to hold any parties in the apartments.

In no case is permitted to occupy the apartment for more persons than the maximum capacity of it except infants under 2 years. The agreement shall contain the actual number of occupants.

Pets are only permitted in the apartments where the owners so determined. Pets must be mandatory declared when booking. Acceptance of pets is subject to client commitment to careful cleaning.

The customer agrees to follow the instructions for use and maintenance to be instructed and respect the regulations regarding noise, garbage collection, normal consumption of electricity, water, etc.

The tenant agrees to leave the apartment in the same condition that he received it, reporting any damage, taking charge of any damage attributable to misuse or accident occurred during your the stay.

Neither nor the owner will be liable for any direct or indirect damage that may be caused by the use of the apartment, including without limitation, damages, loss, fire, theft, crime, etc.
